I watched an old man eating, once
he held a taco with tender hands
and carefully probed the warm, soft shell
lips extended, exploring
desperately hoping
to keep tomorrow at bay
for one more day

may have about the height of an individual,
but more specifically
the "face-level equality" of the
individuals in a photograph,
seen to be a crucial part of the composition
of the photograph that the photographer
and those paying for the photograph have
seen as important elements in the
successful representation of
the people involved
(and therefore key to the
photographer's
frozen dinner)

Today a guy asked
"do you think there are
other suns in the universe
or just ours?" with a look of
awe in his eye

O! the salty squish
